Colin has 17+ years experience in the Bahamas real estate industry. As a private pilot and PADI dive Instructor, he began selling real estate throughout the family islands and developed a true "bird's eye view" of growth trends and opportunities in Bahamas real estate. Over the years he has started a number of real estate businesses and brands and worked for some of the top developers in the country. In 1999, he began a niche of selling community developments through an integrated sales and marketing approach. He worked as a sales executive for Sun International (Kerzner) and was pivotal in closing 120 homestites in the Ocean Club Estates community on Paradise Island.
In 2006 Bahamas Waterfront Properties was launched and added a property management division to an impressive sales portfolio. Colin was immediately awarded with his first management contract for the British Colonial Development company, who's portfolio BWP still overseas along with other commercial properties and community associations. Natasha has been in the real estate industry for 14 years and has extensive experience selling luxury real estate projects on Paradise Island. She previously represented Kerzner International, a leading international developer of destination resorts and luxury hotels, as a sales associate for Ocean Club Residences & Marina condominium development located within the exclusive Ocean Club Estates. She has a unique and intimate knowledge of all aspects of the community as well as an impressive client list.
She also previously worked as a luxury specialist at one of the Coldwell Banker franchises in The Bahamas where she was the company top producer in 2012 and a consistent recipient of the International President's Circle, awarded to the top 5% of agents worldwide. Alex began his real estate career with Bahamas Waterfront Properties (BWP) in the property management sector in 2009. He was soon assigned to the management of commercial buildings and luxury waterfront communities on Paradise Island. He became a licensed BREA real estate agent in 2010.
Alex was assigned to manage the British Colonial Centre of Commerce & Fort Nassau (BCDC) in 2012 and is currently the property manager for Downtown Nassau's landmark commercial property. Alex has fused his interpersonal skills along with efficient and regular follow up to become a leading commercial leasing agent. Despite some lingering affects of the global recession, Alex's leasing skills have contributed to the highest occupancy rates in the buildings since BWP began managing the property in 2007. Alex always has prospective tenants looking for office and business space in downtown Nassau.

Jenny has 15 years experience in the real estate industry and originally joined Bahamas Waterfront Properties in 2007 as sales executive for Great Exuma. She is a graduate of Harvard University, a Justice of The Peace and has served on the local government board in Exuma for many years. Jenny is deeply involved with the wider community and along with her husband Chris founded the Exuma Foundation which has successfully supported a diverse list of educational initiatives.
Over the years, Jenny has developed a large following of very loyal clientele who buy and sell some of the finest waterfront properties in the Exumas. Natasha has a strong administrative and service background. In 2007 she worked at Ocean Club Residences & Marina, an 88-residence luxury waterfront community, providing concierge services to homeowners. Services included setting up client utilities, overseeing the preparation of residences for owners, administering HOA invoices and ensuring the general lifestyle needs of owners were met in a timely and professional manner.
Natasha was offered an attractive administrative position in an off-shore merchant bank that was eventually sold to a larger firm. Bahamas Waterfront Properties (BWP) was the beneficiary of this sale when Natasha joined the company in early 2013. Immediately, BWP incorporated her experiences to launch concierge services to our expanding clientele. She is also the property management administrator for a number of our property management accounts.

Jae has 14 years experience working in the real estate industry and recently joined Bahamas Waterfront Properties as Branding & Sales Coordinator. He started his real estate career in the appraisal division at Colliers - Turley/Martin/Tucker in Minnesota, USA before joining CB Richard Ellis as a commercial real estate associate.
Jae incorporates his excellent interpersonal skills when coordinating tasks, listings and marketing campaigns with the many clients, agents and properties that Bahamas Waterfront Properties represent. Jae has a keen understanding of technology and IT development and is instrumental in our progressive efforts to be the market leader in technology applications as it relates to the Bahamas real estate market. Ivor is originally from the UK and has been a chartered accountant for over 45 years. He began his career in the accounting profession for what is now Ernst & Young. He then moved on to the offshore banking industry where he worked for a very reputable Swiss firm for 15 years.
He joined the Bahamas Waterfront Properties team in 2007 overseeing the accounts of our corporate, commercial and residential communities under management. Ivor is proficient in producing audit ready financials and regular detailed financial reports depending on each clients' needs. He specializes in commercial real estate, hotels, property associations and residential communities.

Nigel began his career working for Resorts International (now Atlantis) on Paradise Island as a chef torant for top restaurants including the original Cafe Martinique, Villa d' Este, Coyaba and The Cabaret. He was also a constable in The Royal Bahamas Police Force.
Nigel started working with Bahamas Waterfront Properties as a maintenance sub-contractor in 2007 before becoming an official part of the team in 2013. While Nigel is skilled in all aspects of maintenance his specialities include HVAC maintenance and servicing, all-purpose cleaning and painting, outdoor lighting and electrical repairs, roofing repairs, general renovations and building upgrades. His strength is supervising sub-contractors and ensuring their work is completed in a timely and professional manner and the client has a hassle-free experience. Nigel approaches each job with a gentle touch and keen eye for finished details.
